Below, I have provided the answers to frequently asked questions by visitors and clients.
Hours of Operation:
Open: Monday through Saturday: 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Eastern Standard Time)
Closed: Sundays, and Christmas Eve/Day, New Years Eve/Day, Mothers' Day, Independence Day (4th of July), Halloween Eve/Day (30-31 of October)
Placing Orders:
Paypal.com is our payment processor.
Paypal is International! Multiple currencies accepted and converted to US Dollars instantly at Paypal.com.
Your payment is safe and secure, and you do not need a Paypal account! You can make your payment using all major credit and debit cards.
About Psychic Readings :
Your psychic reading is not automated or computer generated. I sit down at my altar, take out my tarot cards, perform a mini-ritual I always do before a reading, and a full tarot reading is performed based on your questions and emailed to you within 24 to 48 hours of purchase.
You may ask your questions right in the Paypal "Comments" box when purchasing - but beware, Paypal only allows for short sentences!
Spell Casting Information :
Your spell is actually cast within 48 hours of your purchase with the information you provide in the form you fill out after your payment is made.
The spell is real, the casting is real, and I'm for real! If you have any questions, you can always reach me by email (clients get preferential and faster responses). Also, before your spell is cast, you are encouraged to purchase a "psychic evaluation" first - to see if a spell will help in your particular situation.
Your spell information is 100% confidential and any photos you send by email are used in the spell (and usually not recognizable after all the "spell ingredients, liquids, etc." are placed on top of it).
All spells are cast for the "good" of all. I do not do break up spells or any type of "black magic" spells.
About Horoscopes :
All horoscopes are delivered by email within 48 hours of purchase. Please note: after your payment is received, you are redirected to a form where you may add your name, birth date and place of birth. That is usually all that is needed. (no time of birth required, unless you know it).
